The story revolves around a gang of gangsters who kidnap a girl named Happy. A famous horticulture professor is kidnapped in Shanghai by goons. The professor escapes by convincing the Chinese to give them a contract in exchange for her release. Meanwhile, Happy’s rivals mistake the woman for Happy 1, and demand a contract as ransom. The contract is eventually given to Bagga’s father, Javed Ahmed, who has to travel to China to retrieve his daughter.
The movie follows the story of Happy 2, who has moved to China to search for her eloped fiance, Aman Wadhwa. She needs his help to find him and his family. Chang finds Happy 2 and her friends and then challenges Bagga to a competition to win her heart. The audience cheers as the two friends make their way to a happy ending.
